* We\u2019re probably witnessing the development of a \u201chate speech\u201d doctrine to swallow the First Amendment in real time. There is already broad support for such a thing in the academy, in law schools, and among fully indoctrinated Millennials who state reflexively the anti-constitutional mantra that \u201cHate Speech is not Free Speech.\u201d It\u2019s also already an accepted part of the law in the \u201cmore enlightened\u201d legal regimes of the Anglosphere, and a mere logical step away from hate crimes laws already in force, which propose a theory of punishing harm to a discrete racial or sexual minority community.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s simply a matter of time at this point \u2013 the future has been lost, but has simply not come to full fruition as yet.<\/p>\n

* Give it a few years. Under the Muslim hudood laws, six (6) male Muslim eyewitnesses are required to convict a Muslim of rape.
