ERS News had obtained this photo from the California Dept of Corrections of Alfred Beardsley, the "memorabilia collector" at the center of the OJ Simpson robbery case now unfolding in Las Vegas.<\/p>\n

Beardsley has previously spent time in California’s State Prison system related to a stalking case in Riverside County, outside of Los Angeles. Beardsley’s legal rap sheet can be seen here. Beardsley has an extensive criminal background according to court records reviewed by ERS NEWS.<\/p>\n

Beardsley was arrested late today (9\/19\/07) in Las Vegas on an outstanding arrest warrant related to a probation violation regarding his legal problems in Riverside County, CA. He was taken into custody at the Luxor Hotel by U.S. Marshals in Vegas and is awaiting extradition back to California.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
