Comment: I haven\u2019t watched any telenovelas recently, but \u2014 at least up until a few years ago \u2014 the standard plot-line was:
\nepisode-1) Boy meets girl
\nepisodes 2 \u2013 25) Boy gets distracted by various sulty temptresses with heaving bosoms while girl gets distracted by various ultra-macho caballeros
\nepisode-26) Boy and girl get married by a priest (or maybe even by the Bishop) in a grand colonial church with a lot of white doves fluttering around.
\nHard to criticize, really.<\/p>\n
Chaim Amalek: Sounds racially healthy to me. Whenever I channel surf through these shows, I see a bunch of white people, albeit of the Ricky Riccardo set. Never any short dusky sorts. Is that real life?<\/p>\n
