They get out a piece of paper and start writing it out and even then they can\u2019t get it. It\u2019s both sad and funny. This has never happened to me with an Asian cashier.<\/p>\n<p>* I read somewhere that there was an Italian food contest somewhere, and a Japanese chef won it \u2013 he learned his trade in Italy, but only to move back to Japan to open an Italian restaurant there. I\u2019d bet he can now teach other Japanese cooks on how to cook Italian.<\/p>\n<p>You might argue that cooking Italian (Ghanaian, whatever) is not exactly rocket science (although in the case of haute cuisine it might be closer to that), but even if it was rocket science \u2013 well, rocket science itself could be copied by other countries, couldn\u2019t it?<\/p>\n<p>* You could easily cut half the Federal workers and contractors in the greater Washington DC region and no one would notice. Get rid of the 11,000 EPA workers for a start. Get rid of the Federal Department of Education which is really just a glorified jobs program for every affirmative action leech under the sun starting with women, blacks, gays, lesbians\u2026\u2026.with (angry) Samoans and Aleutian Islanders bringing up the rear.<br \/>\nGet rid of affirmative action hiring hall\u2014Department of Labor<br \/>\nGet rid of affirmative action hiring hall\u2014Department of Health and Human Services<br \/>\nGet rid of affirmative action hiring hall\u2014Department of Housing and Urban Development<\/p>\n<p>There are 3000+ county governments, 50 State governments and one Federale Gov\u2019t.
