I&#8217;m rising at 3am, I&#8217;m gonna have a hearty barf, then a cold shower and then I&#8217;m going to the ashram at 3:45 a.m for three hours of prayer and meditation and stretching.<\/p>\n<p>Then all day Thursday, I&#8217;m going to tell the truth the whole day and never say no.<\/p>\n<p>PS. I misunderstood the Guru and owe him an apology. He doesn&#8217;t recommend starting the day with a vomit.
