The quarterback has a poor work ethic. He’s sloppy with the ball. The team has no leadership and no discipline. They’re just a big disappointment.<\/p>\n
As I watched them lose 44-6 to the Philadelphia Eagles, I gave up on them. I walked away. They’re like a girl who was once special to me but now, oy.<\/p>\n

Never has been. Never will be.<\/p>\n In the NFL, you’re judged on your actions, not your words, and Romo’s actions the last two seasons suggest he isn’t the type capable of putting a team on his back and carrying it to a Super Bowl.<\/p>\n Leaders don’t develop. They are born. It’s something in the DNA. You either have it, or you don’t.
