A few months before, <a href=\"https:\/\/lukeford.net\/blog\/?p=4122\">Anatoly Smolyansky, 39, drowned<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rav Bess says these deaths shout that something is wrong with our community and we need to repent.<\/p>\n<p>The fast is for the first half of Sunday, ending around noon.
