The more America and other countries threaten Iran, the more incentive Iran has to develop nukes. <\/p>\n<p>* Nuclear weapons are not generally regarded by IR experts as an offensive threat.<\/p>\n<p>* Iran has not invaded a country since the 18th Century. Nobody ranks their <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/the-worlds-most-powerful-militaries-2014-12\">military as powerful as Israel&#8217;s, nor in the world&#8217;s top 20<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>* You never know what people will do. You never know what a country will do.
