From the Daily Beast<\/a>:<\/p>\n But the founder of Jewish World Review, an online magazine that publishes Coulter\u2019s syndicated column, isn\u2019t buying her excuse. Coulter\u2019s work has been appearing on Jewish World Review since at least January 2000. The day after Coulter\u2019s now-infamous tweet, Jolkovsky\u2019s website posted a new Coulter \u201cinsight\u201d titled, \u201cDonald Trump: The only people who like him are the voters.\u201d Later that day, an editor\u2019s note was added to her op-ed reading, \u201cThis column was prepared before the author\u2019s anti-Semitic rant. JWR reached out to her and awaits her reply.\u201d<\/p>\n So far, Jolkovsky says, it\u2019s been radio silence.<\/p>\n \u201cI have not heard back from her yet, no,\u201d Jolkovsky said. \u201cI called the syndicate, and initially they asked me to speak to her copy editor, and they said\u2014I\u2019m not making this up\u2014that her copy editor will explain to me why she did what she did. I was like, I don\u2019t think so.\u201d<\/p>\n Jolkovsky, who is an Orthodox Jew and Republican voter, says that he has long maintained a personal working relationship with Coulter, and that this is the first time she has not emailed him back in a timely manner.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s like when you have a friend and then the friend totally disses you, [even though] you\u2019ve always been there for that friend,\u201d he said. \u201cIt hurts.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked if he is considering pulling Coulter\u2019s column from his site, Jolkovsky said he hasn\u2019t made a decision yet, but that \u201cthere are a lot of readers who want that to happen.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLet\u2019s take Dana Milbank at The Washington Post, and imagine he wrote, \u2018eff-ing blacks,\u2019 you don\u2019t think The Washington Post wouldn\u2019t fire him on the spot?\u201d he offered as an analogy. \u201cIt boggles the mind\u2026I am hoping that she\u2019s finished her tantrum and that she honestly understands what she\u2019s done.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" JewishWorldReview.com must be enjoying its moment in the sun but whether or not the website runs Ann’s column has no significance.
