It\u2019s theirs. It\u2019s like how some American commentators brag about how, unlike Europe, \u201cwe\u201d in America have replacement-level fertility.<\/p>\n<p>No, \u201cwe\u201d don\u2019t, unless you think that a nation has no a priori relationship with the people who created and settled it.<\/p>\n<p>Can you imagine elites in Israel saying, \u201cThe Arabs are rejuvenating our demographics, hooray!\u201d But that\u2019s par for the course in every other Western country.
