The residence was to have an anti vehicle system installed such as the one pictured below to thwart any potential car or trucks that may want to come onto the property.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230;Work on the system was due to start early this week. ERSNews has learned when the crew arrived to work on the installation on Tuesday (8\/14\/07) the work was mysteriously halted at the residence.<\/p>\n<p>Just who was in charge of the project and whos was going paying for is still unknown.
