They&#8217;re never going to move up the spectrum because of low average IQs (85 and 90 respectively in the USA).<\/p>\n<p><A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/nation\/politics\/la-na-trump-latinos-20150723-story.html\">The following idea is nonsense<\/a>: &#8220;That complexity of opinion is one reason why Republican strategists hope that with the right candidate \u2014 and a little bit of luck \u2014 they can reverse the pattern of Latinos voting overwhelmingly for Democrats.
