Almost 2500 years after Socrates\u2019 birth, we\u2019re giving up on the idea that you can argue without taking it personally.<\/p>\n

* If he had publicly declared that 1+1=3, people would chalk it up to dementia or exhaustion and move on. Hundreds of people would not be making fun of him on Twitter. We react when we hear truths that we don\u2019t want to hear.<\/p>\n

* There are Scientific studies<\/a> that show that men\u2019s mental ability is decreased in coed situations, but women\u2019s is not.<\/p>\n

This helps explain why creative groups of men, one way or another, try to exclude women. And why women think it\u2019s a good idea to have coed research and business groups.<\/p>\n
