A friend says: “Since I cut out sugar my addiction to social media has become more pronounced. I think that’s the nature of an addictive personality because I struggle with similar things. Like, I have food addictions, but I’m on this new diet so I can’t have sugar, and I feel myself looking for another addiction.”<\/p>\n
