Abuse of their new freedom and tendency toward idleness and vagrancy.<br \/>\n2. Loose ideas of property, petty pilfering.<br \/>\n3. Unreliability, lying, and deception.<br \/>\n4. Exaggerated ideas of personal rights, irritability, and suspicion.<br \/>\n5. Sexual looseness, weak family life, and poor training of children; lack of respect for parents.<br \/>\n6. Lack of proper self-respect; low or extravagant ideals.<br \/>\n7. Poverty, low wages, and lack of accumulated property.<br \/>\n8. Lack of thrift and prevalence of the gambling spirit.<br \/>\n9. Waywardness of the \u201csecond generation.\u201d<br \/>\n10.
