Here’s what I’m listening to<\/a>:<\/p>\n There was a man, a lonely man, And Solitaire’s the only game in town, A little hope goes up in smoke, My fate at my shul is going to be decided (or simply announced to me) in the next 36 hours. The odds are 99-1 I’ll be booted. But if you don’t believe in miracles, you’re not being realistic.<\/p>\n Please pray for me. I don’t want to go, but if I do go, I want to go with God.<\/p>\n I know my request is ironic on many levels. First, I caused my troubles. Second, I don’t believe much in such petitionary prayer as, "God give me something. I’ve behaved badly.
