Hernandez-Campoceco drove away from the scene but was arrested minutes later near East Franklin Avenue and Bloomington Avenue South. He had two passengers with him.<\/p>\n<p>According to Minneapolis Police Department spokesman Bill Palmer, Hernandez-Campoceco showed &#8220;signs of intoxication&#8221; and was arrested on suspicion of DWI.
