In his talk “Sukkot of Glory”, Modern Orthodox Rabbi Ari Kahn<\/a> says: “The Kotsker Rebbe said I do not want followers who are big tzaddikim (righteous ones). He was the greatest Hasidic rebbe ever. He shut himself up in a room for 13 years and wouldn’t talk to Hasidim. He told them to think for themselves. It was like The Life of Brian<\/a>.”<\/p>\n
