In an interview with Reason magazine, he <A HREF=\"http:\/\/reason.com\/archives\/2014\/10\/08\/russ-roberts\/8\">says<\/a>: &#8220;I wish more people had access to the good life in the United States. I wish more people had access to decent schooling.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Lack of decent schooling is not one of America&#8217;s big problems. American blacks do better on their PISA scores than blacks elsewhere in the world.
