Is it just a coincidence that this happened around Sept. 11? Did this happen in other cities in the US? Could it be a test run before something bigger happens?<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve had heat waves before though, and even hotter than it is now, but I don&#8217;t remember this happening.
