I often deal with people who are angry about things I’ve written. I notice that when I deal with somebody who has a high IQ, I often get a sense of empathy. He tries to understand where I am coming from and he tries to offer me win-win solutions whereby he gets what he wants and I get something I want. By contrast, when I’m dealing with dim bulbs, I never get a sense of empathy and I never get win-win solutions. I more often get threats of violence from these folks. <\/p>\n
