The target of Rabbi Leff&#8217;s hit? Professor Marc B. Shapiro&#8217;s now-three-year-old book, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Limits-Orthodox-Theology-Reappraised-Civilization\/dp\/1874774900\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Limits of Orthodox Theology: Maimonides&rsquo; Thirteen Principles Reappraised<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Shapiro is Modern Orthodox, active in his community and a teacher at the popular Toronto-based <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.torahinmotion.org\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Torah In Motion<\/a> series currently under haredi attack. Rabbi Leff is a haredi polemicist and an alumnus of Teshe Yeshiva.
