\nThe Nidoy was Issued against Rabbi Avrohom Osdoba (and his son), on Friday, Erev Shabbos Parshas SHOFTIM, by Rabbi Osdobas’, (and his son), very own, hand picked ZABLA Beis Din, where Rabbi Osdoba HIMSELF, (and his son), was the PLAINTIFF in this ZABLA Beis Din and where Rabbi Osdoba himself had chosen, this very Beis Din of Zabla, himself! ! !<\/p>\n

The Prestigious Beis Din of America states in their Siruv and Nideoy against Rabbi Osdoba (and his son), that Rabbi Osdoba (and his son), is now completely disqualified in any capacity as a Rav or Eidus or for any Hechsher\/Hashgoches (i.e. the "CHK").<\/p>\n

\nIt has now been confirmed that there was indeed a total shutdown at Rubashkins Plant on Monday but the reason ,is not yet known. <\/p>\n

It could Kashrus related Shutdown or possibly a Legal Shutdown or for other reasons. <\/p>\n

Rubashkins’ entire Beef Line was closed down today, shortly after 12:00 Noon and has not yet been reopened.<\/p>\n

The Chicken workers are also reportedly completely idle, "waiting to be called back to work".<\/p>\n

It is unclear at this point if this marks the permanent end of Agriprocessors’ or if it will be able to reopen again at a later date.<\/p>\n
