2. Mayor Villar has preferentially given interviews and press access to his girl friend, Mirthala Salinas.<\/p>\n

3. Hizzoner availed himself of a private jet to fly to Rosa Parks funeral, paid by a special interest and campaign contributor, Ameriquest Corporation because the Mayor could not timely take a commercial flight because he wanted to spend time with Mirthala Salinas at her Studio City condominium.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
