I’m rereading  the book "Intellectuals<\/a>" by Paul Johnson.<\/p>\n

Actually, I’m listening to it on tape.<\/p>\n

I see myself in the giant flaws of the protagonists, particularly in this description of Simone de Bouvoir’s relationship with Jean Paul Sartre. "She was there for him when nobody better was available."<\/p>\n

I’ve always wanted a woman around to take care of me and I’ve always been willing to settle for the best one available.<\/p>\n

I’ve dated some homely chicks. My friends have mocked me for my generous tastes.<\/p>\n
