In Australia, I got hit regularly. Teachers would smack my hand with a ruler when I was bad. Sometimes the ruler broke from the impact. <\/p>\n<p>I got hit quite a bit when I was a child. I got punched and shoved and smacked and sent flying. I didn&#8217;t particularly like it.
