He bargained me down to giving him half lessons for $12.50. And this guy was my most difficult student. He didn&#8217;t want to do many of the things I suggested. He argued with me through much of the lesson. He took phone calls. He didn&#8217;t do the homework assignments.<\/p>\n<p>By contrast, those students who&#8217;ve paid my full rate of $100 a lesson were easy to work with. They listened to everything I said. They did everything I asked.
