One of the Spinka Hasidim busted along with the Spinka Rav is going to make a motion Monday that his arrest should be thrown out because he was read his rights in English which he doesn’t understand, and in Yiddish, which he doesn’t understand (he can only read). Therefore his post-arrest confession should be thrown out.<\/p>\n
