A friend of mine in the UK has been bitten twice by the same dog.<\/p>\n

He got back from getting stitched up and called me irate. He wants to know if he can sue.<\/p>\n

Friend: "I want to see the thing shot. I know a number. I know some naughty people. For $5000, this guy will blow the dog’s head off. I’m not into ordering hits on dogs, but this geezer is a fully qualified ex-militia. Shall I get it done?"<\/p>\n
