Fred: Nonesense. He’s just what our neighborhood needs to add some local color. Someone who looks like a schizophrenic homeless guy with a Jeffrey Dahmer van wandering around, babbling about Talmud and scaring the neighborhood children. It will help me cement good relations with the neighbors and remove the tedious veneer of normalcy that has spread about the community. What a service I’d be performing!
