But I got a last minute invite and went to see Smart People<\/a> (at the Laemmle Regency<\/a> where tickets before 6pm are only $3:50 and $6 normally).<\/p>\n I went into hysterics. I was louder than a hundred black men.<\/p>\n I couldn’t breathe.<\/p>\n My date was hushing me. People in the theater were turning around to look at me.<\/p>\n I was yelling at the screen "Oy ve!" Occasionally, I let loose with the f-word and "Watch out!"<\/p>\n I don’t know what came over me.<\/p>\n I didn’t sleep last night.<\/p>\n So I felt kinda drunk tonight.<\/p>\n I couldn’t stop cracking up.<\/p>\n I don’t know why but the sight of naked man ass just makes me scream with laughter.<\/p>\n The last time I went this nuts over a movie was 1999’s Walk on the Moon<\/a>.<\/p>\n Evan Gahr emails: “I found the characters depressing and the supposedly witty dialogue quite pedestrian.
