i’ve watching your videos and you seem a pretty open kind of alexander teacher to ask this question to.<\/p>\n
i’ve been going to alexander technique for 5 years and i love it.
\nbut i still get alot of fatigue between lessons.<\/p>\n
Do you think there could ever be an alexander technique machine?
\n– you know, some kind of machine that could replicate some of the nice therapatic sensations you get from a real sesson?
\n(even a ‘percentage’ of a real lesson would be good)<\/p>\n
I know a purist would say ‘ah you need to learn to stay free and up’ but i dont get the realise just how bad my health is!<\/p>\n
I feel theoretically you could use biofeedback machine to work out when the muscles release and then some kind of push back via a dip in a headrest or magnetic charge to creat an A.T type machine?<\/p>\n
what do you reckon?<\/p>\n
