A couple of the leading lights at Shalhevet wanted to do something dramatic to shock the kids into not drinking to excess on Purim, which begins Thursday night. So they went around the classrooms of the high school and said, "Two of your classmates have died because of drunk drivers."<\/p>\n

Some of the kids broke into tears. Eventually they were reassured that none of their classmates were dead, it was just a pedagogical technique.<\/p>\n
