We are pleased to inform you that as of Monday, March 3, 2008, the RCC Hashgacha for Doheny Kosher will be fully reinstated. Thank G-d, we are able to state, with the fullest confidence, that the meat at Doheny Kosher is at the highest level of Kashrut possible for non-glatt meat. <\/p>\n
We are very grateful to the RCC for going to great efforts to clarify all of the pertinent issues and instituting new measures and safeguards to assure our community that it’s Kashrut needs are being met. We would like to thank all our friends for your patience while this matter was being resolved. <\/p>\n
Please note that in order to avoid any consumer confusion between glatt and non-glatt meats (there have been such cases in the past), the non-glatt meats will carry a new label, "Prime Kosher non- glatt". The new label will of course state that the Kashrut is under the supervision of the RCC. <\/p>\n
