Then they dropped the RCC because they could not afford the pressures to buy only <A HREF=\"http:\/\/kosherfood.about.com\/od\/kosherbasics\/f\/glatt.htm\">glatt kosher meat<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>For a while, the meals won&#8217;t kosher. Most of the people getting the meals didn&#8217;t care. <\/p>\n<p>Then Rabbi Yehuda Bukspan took over the supervision for many years. <\/p>\n<p>An official with the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.jfsla.org\/Page.aspx?pid=210\">Vivian Sauer<\/a> (the wife of <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.rccvaad.org\/officer.html\">Rabbi Nachum Sauer of the RCC<\/a>), didn&#8217;t like this. She agitated for the supervision to return to the <A HREF=\"http:\/\/www.rccvaad.org\">RCC<\/a>.
