The piece relies heavily on anonymous sources which is slimy because you don&#8217;t know your accusers and without their name attached to the accusation they can speak without regard to truth or accuracy.  <\/p>\n<p>The New York Times has strict standards for anonymous sources. Basically there must be a compelling reason, such as the person is divulging information without authorization. They would never publish a story like this with its anonymous sniping.   <\/p>\n<p>The anonymous sources are all the more ironic because the piece accuses you of being a gossip monger however by quoting anonymous critics the article traffics in crude gossip.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--adsense--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Evan Gahr writes: I just read the Jewish Journal story about you.
