I don’t like it when I notice the following in myself and in other people:<\/p>\n
* Other people have it easy.
\n* That other group didn’t have to work for its success.
\n* People in power are bad.
\n* There’s nothing I can do to improve the quality of my life because I am a victim.
\n* X group has no importance. They’re barely human. When I grew up in Australia, I noticed the common attitude was that non-Australians don’t matter.
\n* The system is rigged against people like me.
