I lost half of my prescribed Adderall pills the other day and so I have been going without.<\/p>\n

It is easier for me to notice the difference going without Adderall than my life with Adderall<\/a> because when I take that 5mg pill, I notice no change. <\/p>\n

On my third day without Adderall, I started doing an easy 15-minute exercise this morning, and within a minute, I was dying to do something else. I notice I’m more scattered and compulsive without Adderall. My mind is like a record player that skips. I want to go from book to book, task to task, exercise to exercise, podcast to podcast.
