I exchanged email with a female journalist Sunday evening. We’re getting together this afternoon. Perhaps we’ll do an interview.<\/p>\n
I like female journalists. I love powerful women.<\/p>\n
Early this morning, I had a dream that I was working for a TV production company. My assignment was to interview the most powerful news women at NBC, CBS and ABC.<\/p>\n
The NBC woman came first. Meredith Veira from the Today show. She was nice. We did an interview outside this club. It was sunny. We stood beside flowers and hedges.<\/p>\n
Then it was Katie Couric. We chatted a bit more. Then we did an uneventful interview.<\/p>\n
I kept myself from asking how I could climb up to the level where they lived.<\/p>\n
Then Diane Sawyer came over. She was chatty. She started giving me advice. She wanted to remake my life.<\/p>\n
As I interviewed her, a friend videotaped me so I could put it on my blog.<\/p>\n
Then Diane wanted to get something to eat with me. <\/p>\n
I went inside the club with her. There was a strip show going on.<\/p>\n
We finally found a table and she ordered. I explained I could not eat there. It was not kosher.<\/p>\n
“Then let’s blow this joint,” said Diane.<\/p>\n
We got up and left.<\/p>\n
We were laughing like kids.<\/p>\n
