For the first 45 minutes of \u201cFear City,\u201d however, we are told insistently\u2014by ex-FBI agents, ex-wiseguys and radio personality Curtis Sliwa in an Albert Anastasia-inspired barber\u2019s chair\u2014how awful the mob was for everybody. But was it?
