I’ve got a few tendencies in the bipolar direction. I tend to get so high that I think there will be no consequences for my actions. Then I get so low that I think there’s no hope.<\/p>\n

I find yoga and Alexander Technique and friends are good ways to balance myself out.<\/p>\n

I applied today to be a part of this bipolar study<\/a>. I said if they had any doubt that I was bipolar, they should just check my website.<\/p>\n
