I don’t pray much. It usually feels like an empty ritual to me. I hardly pray for myself let alone for anyone else. I just say the prayers in the book, though that usually does open me up to talking to God a bit in my own words. I always leave prayer feeling better. It’s a good ritual but boring as hell. I prefer yoga.<\/p>\n
