New York Times<\/a>: <\/p>\n SAN FRANCISCO \u2014 The artist John Criscitello of Seattle first became angry a few years ago about the changes in his beloved neighborhood, Capitol Hill, historically the city\u2019s enclave for gay men and lesbians.
