I never worry about being shot by police either because I obey the law and when pulled over for a moving violation, I always follow the officer’s directions.<\/p>\n
This guy is saying that white people are less likely to provoke people, including cops, into shooting them. That sounds racist to me.<\/p>\n

Through late September, more than 550 people in Chicago have been homicide victims this year. (Fewer than 10 victims were categorized as being of \u201cunknown\u201d ethnicity.) The black murder rate last year was 46 per 100,000, higher than it was a decade ago. The white murder rate, which has declined, was 2.7.
