The first day (night) she emerges would be on live TV, in front of about 100 million viewers. Anything, like say, repeated coughing fits, sudden jerky movements, having to abruptly leave to go to the bathroom, etc. would be badly interpreted. Couldn’t really spin or explain those things away.

AND….if she were to say, fall down or sway back and forth while gripping the podium and its noticeably apparent that she’s having difficulty in maintaing her balance? How would that look in front of the whole world? First day back and she falls down/

100 million viewers, and with constant tweeting and facebook posts. On live television. Makes Al Gore’s sighs totally forgettable and those sighs perhaps cost him hundreds of thousands of votes. How many votes would she lose if she fell down? Or coughed for repeated amounts of time? On live television.

Awfully big risk.

* The only image for the Clinton campaign worst than her going all syncopal on the debate stage is her going syncopal and Trump rushing to catch her, doing so, lowering her to the ground, and calling for help.

That is the election right there, folks, if that happens.

* Contrast Hillary’s schedule with Trump’s:

https://www.donaldjtrump.com/schedule

Five events in five states in the next three days. How does a 70 year old man maintain that kind of energy?

* Melania.

When the woman who crawls into bed with you is 24 years your junior and an ex-model … it’s gotta help.

* No tobacco or alcohol products. Also, he’s used to the stress of running his own business. He’s known to work up to 16-18hrs per day. He only sleeps about 4-5hrs per night.

* That’s nothing. Hillary schmoozed at eight Hamptons mansions, feted by four senescent rock stars, in three days.

* Thomas Wictor wrote in his blog on August 8 that he could see she wore a defibrillator under her clothes.

Go to the last item of that post for the pictures.

Wictor claims this is why she wears the clothing she wears – to hide it.

Hillary Clinton’s vest uses the anteroposterior placement of the pads. The posterior pad is in her right infrascapular region.

* Whatever happend to left-wing critiques of television? I remember in the 80s, people on the left were always talking about the pernicious influence of television. There were books like Neal Postman’s Amusing Ourselves to Death, a fairly influential book when it came out in 1985. Then there were all the “Kill Your Television” bumper-stickers, and the endless critiques of “If it bleeds, it leads” local news broadcasts. Even Don Henley got in on it with his song Dirty Laundry.

But nowadays, polite, middle-brow liberal opinion seems to think that TV is just swell. NPR, Slate, Huffington, etc. are always going on about the latest shows – Game of Thrones, Mad Men, etc. Tuning into Dallas every week, and caring about the character arc of JR Ewing made you a square and a philistine, but binge-watching Mad Men, and caring about the character arc of Don Draper makes you a hip sophisticate.

Now that TV reflects their opinions 24/7, liberals just love TV, and any notion that it might be a corrosive influence on society has been seemingly discarded.

* Look here’s the thing if anyone else say your family member or friend collapsed in front of you the way Hillary did, you’d call 911 and have them taken to a ER, you would not take them home.

Hillary didn’t do this, they threw her in her medi-ride van like a sack of potatoes and disappeared for two hours. Guess what they told the press they were not allowed to follow. Excuse me, when the f**k does a private individual get off telling the press it can’t cover them?

They can’t, but the press is so docile they’ll do whatever Hillary tells them to do.

That said, any doctor or nurse worth their salt would freak if their saw their patient collapse like Hillary and call 911. This is medicine gone bad, very bad.

BTW reviewing the video, I think she had a seizure. Initially she looked stiff as a board then collapsed.

* Hillary most likely has Binswanger’s Disease, a progressive degeneration of the white myelinated matter that surrounds the cerebral cortex. This is usually caused by multiple hemorragic strokes to the tiny blood vessels of that area. Hillary’s symptoms of impaired coordination, gait, fixed pupils and sudden freezes of her musculature fit Binswanger’s Disease to a T. Usually, it is caused by chronic high blood pressure due to consistently being angry, or due to amphetamine abuse – which increases sytolic blood pressure by being sympathomimetics.

It is pretty obvious that Hillary, being a ruthlessly ambitious woman who has endured a great deal of frustration in her life, such as having to put up with Bill’s cheating and losing the nomination to Obama simply because he is black, has severely affected her health.

The interesting thing about BD is that it does not affect general intelligence, as the grey matter of the frontal lobes is not affected, and is very well-nourished by it’s own supply of blood. However, several areas of the brain are affected, as well as the ability to integrate information wit emotion, which is one of the functions of white matter. People with BD have their logical and abstract thinking unaffected, but they become more erratic, less emotive but at the same time more impulsive, with poor judgement and with decreased ability to put their own emotions in context.

Hillary is still relatively young to be suffering from Alzheimer’s. Besides, her reasoning skills and memory do not fit the diagnosis of someone with dementia. Her symptoms are mostly motor, which indicated compromised functioning of her myelinated nerves.

* The best issue for Trump is crime. He should be accusing Hillary of siding with criminals over the police and put her in the no-win situation of endorsing or disavowing BLM.

* Clearly, Hillary is part of that Dying White Majority.

* The fact of the matter is, the video clearly shows she didn’t “stumble.” She completely lost her ability to walk or stand. Her legs turned to jello, and she was dragged into the van like a rag doll.

The more news organizations attempt to redraw what can be watched over and over on a video, the less confidence the public will have in that new organization’s favored candidate. If any news organization is undermining national security with it’s draconian politics, it’s CNN.

They say families in denial self-destruct. The same goes for political parties.

* His superpower is that he transforms the adulation he gets in his rallies into something akin to the fountain of youth- so powerful that it defies death and sickness. It’s a positive feedback loop really. The crowds are invigorated by Trump’s violation of taboos and they unwittingly provide him with a weird energy that enables him to keep going. Like Dracula thriving on his victims’ blood, so Trump thrives on his followers’ adulation.
It’s like we’re witnessing something supernatural when I’m wearing my tinfoil hat. But I’ve always believed he is the incarnation of the mythical Trickster, like Bugs Bunny and Satan.
Hillary lacks this power. Poor woman, her body is betraying her just when the prize is in sight.

* But it’s still completely hilarious to watch the media sputter and grope for an angle where Hillary somehow doesn’t look worse than Nixon with the obvious, repeated lies about critical points of contention. And after every new round of shoveling her shit, something even more dramatic happens to blow up the house of cards they just built. At this rate, she’ll die of a brain hemorrhage live in front of 100 million people during the first debate.

* What’s intriguing is the rumor floated by David Schuster that the DNC was looking for options to dump her. Replacing her with someone less ill and more charismatic (assuming you can get both) is still a risky move at this stage. Trying to replace her and failing would be a disaster for the Dems. I’m guessing they’ll sit tight and sweat it out, but if Hillary is elected it’ll be in spite of herself.

* Trump is staying pretty quiet about her health, not hammering it. So it wouldn’t be him raising expectations of her falling apart at the debates. But you’re right, anything short of Hillary projectile vomiting blood will be perceived as debunking health-related conspiracy theories by the MSM.

* Haven’t we seen DT dissolve into uncontrollable coughing fits many times? Wasn’t he thrown into a medivan like a sack of potatoes just yesterday? Hasn’t he been wearing funny glasses after his concussion? All of these things are deeply concerning.

* According to what I’ve been reading, about half her senior staff have been pretty sick too, so their illnesses have been keeping Hillary sick and running down her energy for the past several weeks. Frankly, this is great news for Trump. At Hillary’s age, you don’t recover quickly from pneumonia. She’s got about 8 weeks before the election. She cannot afford to be down for the count at this time period, along with much of her campaign staff, because we’re heading into the final sprint. In military terms, you can’t lose your general and officer corps if you want to win the battle.

It’s fitting that a set of people who thought nothing encouraging mass emigration of unaccompanied children from Central and South America, bringing diseases like Enterovirus 68 into the American population, should themselves be flattened by disease. They need to face the reality of why you don’t want the Third World here.

* Team Trump can’t figure out why The Donald insists on doing wind sprints the exact distance of the podiums as part of “pre-debate prep” but he says that it’ll all be worth it.

* Spin, spin, spin. On front page of NYTimes, it says right now “Hillary Loses Balance at 9/11 Memorial”. Not “Loses Consciousness” but “Loses Balance” – you see the poor woman just stumbled a bit (right before her handlers heaved her into the medivan like a sack of potatoes).

And then it says “Watching, and Wincing , as Hillary Stumbles”. Again, she just stumbled -maybe her heel got caught on a imperfection in the pavement (right before her handlers heaved her into the medivan like a sack of potatoes). I’m sure if it was Trump who stumbled, the reported would have winced in exactly the same way (right before she started cheering).

And then more good news – “Clinton to Offer More Detailed Information on Medical History”. However, a spokesman said the records would show “no other undisclosed condition.” Nothing to see here folk, move along.

Nothing but good news for Hillary today! Any more good news like this and she is undone. Trump may be Scottish and German but the man has the luck of the Irish.

* So far, I haven’t read a single word from the media about the possibility that Clinton’s pneumonia “diagnosis” is a lie. The rumor that it’s a lie is everywhere, but the media don’t know nuffin. They’re treating the cover story as Gospel Truth, and won’t even mention alternative possibilities.

Which means, it’s probably a lie. This explanation seems more consistent with the facts, anyway; no politician in her right mind would touch a child for the cameras if she’d just been diagnosed with pneumonia, never mind enter the same apartment with her 2 year old granddaughter. In fact, no pol would do that if her cover story was going to be pneumonia, meaning, the pneumonia story was fabricated by Clinton hacks after it became apparent they’d need a cover story better than “overheating,” because some ignorant peasant concerned citizen recorded the whole thing with his cell phone camera.

C-note says this thing unravels on Clinton.

* My best guess is that the problem behind her pneumonia — if that’s indeed what it is — is a chronic one, and isn’t going to go away by taking a few days rest. Once she goes back on the campaign, she’s going to run into the same issue.

One piece of evidence of this being a chronic and serious condition is that she basically took all of August off — except, of course, to show up at the homes of friends/donors who would hardly represent a demanding audience. Why would she reduce her schedule to such events if she were in robust health? If all that near vacation time didn’t enable her to come out vigorous in September, and instead left her in the wasted condition we have seen, then she very likely has a pretty serious thing going on that will flair up as soon as she returns to a genuinely challenging schedule.

What is her staff going to say when she has still another bout of “pneumonia”? And if she goes missing as she did in August without any explanation, how is that going to be spun in a way that won’t be hugely damaging?

My guess is that Hillary — with Bill at her side “encouraging” her — is in some deep denial about her health. I think she’s just hoping against hope to make it through to the end without a big problem, but that there’s high likelihood she’s going to fall apart before she gets there.

* Trump has finally found handlers who will protect him from his own worst enemy, himself. He is firing on all cylinders and knows that the election is his if he can just control his mouth, which apparently he can. Watch the polls because once they tip in favor of the Donald, Democrats will be abandoning Hillary like rats off a burning ship.

* Her staff were strikingly unflustered. They didn’t seem to treat anything that happened to her as a unique crisis, just as another day at the office for them all.

* If you watch the video a few times ignoring Collapsible Hillary, and instead watching the faces and manners of her handlers, their nonchalance is pretty shocking. They’ve been there; done that, for certain.

A look inside that back of that van would also likely be fascinating.

* I thought Wag the Dog was a cynical movie but Hillary thought it was a “How To” show.

* I wonder if Bill, Hill, and Chuck Schumer were ever talking and somebody brought up how Imam Gulen had taken over the police in Turkey by controlling the Test Prep business and suddenly it occurred to them that they’d missed out. Instead of undertaking a long march through the institutions by scratching backs, they could have just bought out Kaplan and Princeton Review and ETS and taken over directly.

Comments at Steve Sailer: * That’s an awful big risk, Steve.
