In fact, the Libertarian presidential nominee who stunned the political world with a single, dizzying question \u2014 &#8220;What is Aleppo?&#8221; \u2014 had the worst week in Washington, according to Chris Cillizza.<\/p>\n<p>Yet Johnson still managed to earn the endorsement over the weekend of the Winston-Salem (N.C.) Journal. That&#8217;s notable because it is a) Johnson&#8217;s second endorsement by a daily newspaper and represented b) more daily newspaper endorsements than Donald Trump has collected so far in the general election.
