A while back, I had a dream that I sought to make a mark during my first year at UCLA (1988-1989) by profiling a basketball player and including scandalous information that shook up the campus. Possibly it was based on what I found out for real in that year about how athletes, particularly black ones, were pimped out by professors. In the course of my profile, I did some ethical shortcuts but they weren’t found out.<\/p>\n
So last night, I finished watching Narcos Season Two and went to sleep and had a continuation of my dream. This time, however, my ethical shortcomings do come out and I’m targeted by the Mafia and people start dying, possibly including me. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
