This medication (modofanil, aka \u201cprovigil\u201d) is known to be employed as a \u201cbrain-hack\u201d among the Silicon Valley crowd, etc. It demonstrably \u201crevs up\u201d alertness, attention, talkativeness (\u201cgabbiness\u201d), and \u201cmental energy.\u201d It is thought to be relatively safe and without concerning side-effects (unlike amphetamines \u2013 think Jack Kennedy).<\/p>\n The \u201cBullett-proof Coffee\u201d guy (quality coffee with grass-fed sourced cow butter) is a vocal proponent of this \u201cbrain hack,\u201d as are others among the Silicon Valley crowd. It has some \u201clegitimate\u201d indications, and is easily obtained by prescription to treat \u201cshift-work-related\u201d fatigue, etc. I would guess that she uses it for appearances \u2013 think Jimmy Kimble show \u2013 and at times when she must be \u201con\u201d and energetic for the public, etc. I don\u2019t personally have a problem with her (possible) use of the medication, per se.
