It was 10 pm on a weeknight and my Jewish neighbors were working on something awfully noisy and all the whites and Jews around simply put up with the racket they were making while cursing under their breaths, but thank the good Lord, there was a strong proud black woman neighbor who yelled out her window, “Excuse me! It’s 10 o’clock.”<\/p>\n
