Dotan claimed that his comments had nothing to do with racism. \u201cIt\u2019s cultural differences, it\u2019s not racism\u2026 In non-Jewish, Arab culture, you go into the pool with clothes, trying to dictate all types of clothing, and that\u2019s why it doesn\u2019t suit us.
